The Office of the Premier will continue to invest in information management and technology, which provides secure, online, integrated information to the public, as well as streamlines operations. Future technology and information architecture that may be implemented by the Office of the Premier include:
- Information Access - Increase accessibility to online information, reports and publications and continue with routine release of information.
- Website Traffic - Encourage new and repeat visits to online sites.
- Website Management - Promote timely, relevant web access and performance measurements for content owners.
- Information Management - Improve document sharing, retrieval, management and collaboration.
- Security - Promote security awareness and develop/update guidelines, while providing staff with secure access to data and information “anytime, from anywhere.” This entails technology that is secure, available and supported outside of core business hours.
